★★★★★

"I finally found the perfect place for me to be. Everyone from the front desk staff to housekeeping, maintenance and dining staff are wonderful. The food here is excellent with a full menu and soup and salad bar. There is such a variety of meals to choose from. Everyone who lives here is extremely friendly too. The apartments are set up just right and are so comfortable to live in. I am very happy here and just love it!"

How do residents and/or their families pay the costs associated with Assisted Living?

Most families cover Assisted Living at Quail Park on Cypress using income from social security, retirement accounts, pensions, savings, home sale proceeds, or Long-Term Care Insurance. Some convert life insurance policies into loans, and family members may help with monthly costs. Medicare and most health insurance plans do not cover Assisted Living. Veterans may qualify for VA Aid and Attendance or Household Allowance benefits.

If resources are limited, financial assistance programs may be available. Since most residents pay privately and every community differs, we recommend speaking with our staff to review all payment options.

Yes, Quail Park communities require residents to furnish their own living spaces.

Does Assisted Living cover medical services or prescription costs?

Assisted Living communities cannot provide any medical or skilled nursing services, but Quail Park communities care providers have built relationships with local medical professionals who provide convenient onsite care, such as temporary agency skilled nursing (VNAs), podiatry, and physical, occupational, and speech therapies.
Also, it is important to understand that unless our community has facility staff with the appropriate skill, we are not allowed to administer medications to residents. However, we can assist with self‑administration of medications.
